Quantum Global Technologies LLC (QGT) is growing and has an opportunity for a Global Account Manager -dedicated world’s largest IDM.  As a member of the QGT Global Sales Team, this position works under direct supervision, managing this critical Global Account and is responsible for assisting with maintenance and reconciliation of customer needs, create and evaluate QC account strategies and objectives to insure with a sense of technical, logistics, and administrative component, future Growth. The key to success for this position is to gain a deep understanding of customer needs and processes to effectively manage and strengthen relationships at all levels of the customer organization.
The ideal candidate will have  experience maintaining accounts, have an understanding of gathering data and  follow-up, capable of attention to detail, should be self-driven and motivated with a  ‘get-it done’ attitude to take advantage of QGTs opportunities for growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  (other duties may be assigned)
  • Team leading and mentoring abilities.
  • Able to manage multi discipline team including regional sales and customer service resources, quality, engineering and corporate functions to stabilize and push explosive growth of this account!
  • Engage and work closely with our Regional Sales Managers and Technical teams to drive demand discovery
  • Develop relationships with existing and prospective customers at all levels of management
  • Negotiates and facilitates business issues/terms including pricing, contracts, and deliveries
  • Spends significant time at customer sites building and maintaining effective customer relationships, communicating technical and commercial information, leading efforts to resolve customer issues and leading efforts to build market share and close individual sales opportunities.
  • Forecasts sales and update sales opportunities based on market conditions, the customer’s forecast for material consumption, the qualification of new products and his/her specific knowledge of the account.
  • Meets or exceeds bookings targets collectively and for each individual product group, per the forecast commitment and hold the key account group accountable in meeting the team’s goals.
  • Meets or exceeds agreed upon quarterly business objectives.
  • Arranges and manages periodic meetings with key accounts to review account performance, business volume, account future and customer needs.
  • Drives the sales plan for successful new business gains as well as defense of existing business.
  • Provides feedback for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications/Skills
  • At least 7 years of industry related sales (semiconductor/high-tech)
  • Must have current or former Global Account Management - Executive experience
  • Technical Degree (engineering/scientific)
  • Demonstrated strategic sales performance, building customer relationships, consulting and business development experience are essential.
  • Proven track record in winning new business in complex high technology organizations, networker and ability to solve problems. Mentality to win and passion to beat competition (proven track record). Comfortable working with C-level management.
  • Superb business acumen level
  • Excellent communications, interpersonal skills and presentation skills
  • Win-win negotiation skills
  • Known commercial and management level relationships at World’s Largest NA based IDM.
  • Working and business development relationships of technical leadership at this key Global Account.
  • Computer skills to include Microsoft Office products, Excel, Outlook, Word, and other software.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
  • Multi-product/process capability and experience
  • Broad industry vertical experience (more than parts cleaning)
Interpersonal Skills:
  • Adaptable to change
  • Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and different learning styles.
  • Comfortable working multiple projects simultaneously
Travel Requirement:      
  • 30-40% pending on Office Location of candidate.
