Intel Customer Service Manager

This position is responsible for the day to day interaction with Intel on a variety of fronts and in a variety of Intel locations. Coordinating commercial requests, parts expediting, account details, special projects and managing Cost of Ownership initiatives while supporting the Intel Global Account Manager.
Global coordination in pursuit of Intel’s “Copy Exact” philosophy at Quantum Clean’s ATCC’s around the world is a key job duty and managing the myriad of details and data that is needed in support of our business with Intel is required. A close working relationship with the Customer Solutions Manager dedicated to Intel (located in Phoenix-East) and the Intel Global Account Manager a requirement. These 3 key positions in support of Intel are required to by fully synchronized to ensure our flawless execution of our cleaning/coating and analytical services to Intel worldwide.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (other duties may be assigned)
  • Responsible for supporting both the Intel Global Account Manager and the Intel Customer Solutions Manager in support of our business with Intel.
  • Manage a complex account with a myriad of business requirements in 4 domestic (USA) sites and 3 international sites while maintaining a Copy Exact philosophy.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously which require interaction with multiple QuantumClean sites as well as multiple Intel sites.
  • Completion of SRF’s and coordinating CEW’s for new business review.
  • Manages various aspects of the customer relationship.
  • Attend various customer meetings, both in the US and internationally, as required.
Required Qualifications/Skills
  • BS preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ sales/customer service experience in the semiconductor industry, specifically to Intel.
  • Demonstrated superior customer interactions
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, Superior presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
  • Knowledge about parts cleaning/coating/analytical services  
  • Experienced in project management with Intel
Interpersonal Skills:
  • Technical aptitude to learn parts cleaning/coating/analytical services
  • Positive attitude in all aspects of customer interaction
  • Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Superior presentation skills
  • Organizational management skills
   Travel Requirement:
  •  <20 % of work time will require travel.
