Job Summary:
We have an opportunity for a Sales Customer Service Representative.  As a member of the QuantumClean Customer Support Team, this position works under moderate supervision, responsible for processing orders from customers and/or sales into divisional manufacturing orders.  Responsible for interfacing with customers prior to and/or after sales; developing and maintaining positive customer relations; and coordinating with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on supply chain and/or logistics experience in a semi-conductor manufacturing environment, be capable of attention to detail, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be self-driven and motivated with a ‘get-it done’ attitude to take advantage of QGTs opportunities for growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (other duties may be assigned)
  • Interfaces with manufacturing and engineering to ensure proper order processing; interfaces with import/export administrator to ensure proper order processing.
  • Reviews order configuration and commercial paperwork
  • Expedites parts for customer orders.
  • Manage on going customer projects and changing requirements.
  • Pre-sale duties include: assisting in researching the status of customer orders; assisting in resolution of production, shipping, or scheduling problems; sending appropriate pricing and/or product literature; providing pricing information; communicating schedule changes, product enhancements, etc.
  • Post-sale duties may include:  assisting in determination of status of equipment returns, repairs, or replacements; reviewing warranty claims; providing information on possible product problems and pricing of repairs and/or items not covered under warranty.
  • Prepares necessary documentation and reports for internal and external customers.
  • Maintain high degree of safety and environmental awareness through the practice of safe work habits.
  • Attend monthly meetings and training programs.
  • Standard business hours but may require infrequent on call support for off hour urgent customer orders
Required Qualifications/Skills
  • BS preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ customer support experience
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems that cross internal and external areas.
  • Employee must have excellent interpersonal skills.  Must be comfortable with conflict and have the ability to calmly solve issues
  • Good verbal and written communications
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
  • BS degree
  • Knowledge about technical parts specification a must  
  • 1-3 years of Semiconductor Parts Clean and Refurbishment
  • 1 - 3 years of Sales & Marketing in semiconductor manufacturing or related industry
  • Project management certification a major plus
  • Supply chain or logistics experience a major plus
  • Computer literate, knowledge of MS word and excel is preferred.
