Quantum Global Technologies LLC, (QGT), is seeking a Representative to reside on Customer’s Site and provide critical Part Cleaning Services.  The individual will reside on Customer Site in Austin, Texas.. The individual will work directly with our Customer and QuantumClean Site personnel to perform critical services and drive continuous improvement to benefit Customer and QuantumCleanDay–to-day activities include: Parts Inspections, Parts logistics management – tracking on and off site, Part supply planning, QA support (on and off site), data collection/reporting, audits, nonconformity investigations, and training support.   Our Service offering is growing and has opportunities that will provide both challenges and recognition of your successes! 
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Manage parts inventories
  • Manage parts logistics between Customer and QuantumClean Site(s)
  • Perform part QA inspections – inbound and outbound - including recognition of defects to customer specifications and requirements
  • Prepare inspection Reports as required by Customer
  • Collect inventory and process data, analyze and report per Customer requirements
  • Address nonconformances and manage supply and performance risk – DMR documentation,  formal root cause analysis problem solving, Failure Mode Effects and Analysis (FMEA) and CAPA / 8D reporting
  • Create written documentation of nonconforming parts (DMR) and report to Customer for disposition – record in Customer and QuantumClean systems
  • Partner with Customer and QuantumClean Sites on corrective and preventive action implementation
  • Perform and document process compliance and inventory audits – drive corrective and improvement actions
  • Maintain processes and  quality systems, including document / record management, quality records (CoA, DMR, CAPA, Customer records)
  • Manage all parts per segregation protocols – Copper, Non-Copper, BEOL, FEOL, Implant, etc
  • Understand and manage hazard mitigation for contaminated parts
  • Able to recognize immediate and potential safety hazards and pursue appropriate courses of action to resolve
  • Participate in safety audits / reviews
  • Other duties as assigned by Customer
 
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds
  • Ability to make sound judgments based on facts
  • Ability to communicate well with peers and management
  • Strong Communicator - Good written and presentation skills
  • Computer skills, specifically Excel and Word 
     
    EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE
     
  • High School diploma or equivalent; two-year degree preferred
  • 2 years of experience in floor operations at QuantumClean preferred
  • Knowledge of semiconductor tool parts – usage, handling and maintenance
  • Part inspection experience required
  • Part-handling experience required
